  1. How long are shipping times?

Generally, your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take an average of around two weeks to reach you. We will provide tracking numbers within 2-7 days of order placement. Please see more detailed information on our Shipping page.

  1. What's your return & refund policy?

If your item arrives wrong, damaged or faulty, then we will refund you in the same manner you paid. In some cases, you will not be asked to ship the item back to us. Please refer to our Refunds page for more specific details.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

We have a guarantee you can cancel your order if requested within 3 hours of you placing the order with us. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel due to any error or change of mind. We will process a full refund to you.

  1. I ordered more than one item but I didn't receive them all?

As we deal with numerous product partners, your items may be shipped directly to you from different warehouse locations, therefore multiple products may arrive separately. Hang tight though as your other item/s will not be far away. We will provide you with multiple tracking numbers if this is the case.  

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges, as such. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, just let us know and we’ll organise a replacement or refund where applicable. Please refer to our Refunds page for more specific details.
